(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Allied Health - Physical Therapist - Our SNF client in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join their rehab team. Previous SNF|LTC experience is preferred, but new PT graduates are welcome and will be trained.
Compensation & Benefits
$47–$50 per hour, based on experience
Full-time, Monday–Friday day shift (5x8), no weekends

Responsibilities
Evaluate patients' medical history and perform physical examinations
Develop personalized treatment plans for a geriatric|rehab population
Implement therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and families on exercises, self-care, and injury prevention
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Current|valid Florida PT license
CPR certification
SNF|LTC experience preferred; new grads welcome
