Compensation & Benefits
$45–$50 per hour, based on years of experience
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities
Conduct thorough evaluations and create personalized treatment plans under physician orders
Help patients master essential activities of daily living (dressing, cooking, eating)
Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all treatments
Adhere to company policies and state|federal regulations
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Current Minnesota OT license
CPR certification
Experience with geriatric and long-term care populations preferred
Ability to lift 5–45 lbs
