$355K guaranteed base + $55|wRVU, with historical compensation exceeding $460K annually. Sign-on bonus starts at $20K, plus fellowship stipend, malpractice with tail, full benefits, retirement, and 30 days PTO in year one.
100% Endocrinology, 18–24 patients|day, EPIC, strong NP|case management support, and a predictable Monday–Friday 8–5 schedule with no weekend or holiday call.
