Required Qualifications Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of California. Valid CA Fingerprint Clearance Card. Up-to-date BLS (CPR) / ACLS certification. Recent Negative TB test result and Flu Shot within the past year. Comprehensive Immunization/Vaccination Records, including Covid19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, and Varicella.
