Join a collaborative hospital medicine team in Fort Worth. This full-time position offers a predictable 7-nights-on, 7-nights-off schedule and support from an APP who handles nighttime cross-coverage calls.
Position highlights
Average of 10–11 admissions per night
Closed ICU with 24|7 intensivist coverage
No procedures or code-running expected
EPIC EMR
Annual base compensation of $313,900, plus eligibility for PPI and PQI bonuses
Full benefits and CME allowance
H-1B sponsorship with in-house visa, licensing, and credentialing support; filing fees covered
182.5 shifts per year
Qualifications
Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
TX licensed
Must be comfortable working overnight shifts
