Compensation up to approximately $160,000.
Seeking an experienced perioperative director with strong hospital-based OR leadership.
Must have successfully managed surgical operations, staffing, productivity, surgeon relationships, patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Prior experience navigating operational challenges and implementing meaningful improvements is essential.
Established surgical services leadership experience is required. First-time directors are not appropriate for this assignment.
