We are conducting a high-priority executive search for an exceptional Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead a major operational and financial transformation within a regional healthcare system.
This is a rare opportunity for a proven healthcare executive to partner directly with the CEO, drive meaningful organizational change, and shape the future of a multi-facility healthcare system.
We're seeking a seasoned hospital operator who has successfully navigated complex turnarounds and knows how to deliver results.
Your Mission
- Drive Financial Recovery:Improve operating performance, efficiency, productivity, and long-term sustainability.
- Lead Operational Transformation:Strengthen hospital operations, streamline processes, and execute strategic initiatives across multiple facilities.
- Build High-Performing Teams:Establish accountability, strengthen leadership, and foster a culture of excellence.
- Strengthen Physician Relationships: Build trust, improve collaboration, and align clinical and operational priorities.
- Deliver Measurable Results: Identify opportunities, execute solutions, and drive sustainable organizational improvement.
Who We're Looking For
- Accomplished hospital COO or current|former CEO with extensive acute-care leadership experience.
- Proven success leading significant hospital financial and operational turnarounds.
- Strong financial acumen, executive presence, and demonstrated ability to lead through organizational change.
- Experience overseeing multiple hospitals, rural healthcare facilities, or Critical Access Hospitals highly desirable.
- Northeast healthcare market experience preferred, but not required.
The Opportunity
Location: Northeastern United States
Compensation: Base salary up to $400,000
