Controller Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Controller to lead and manage the financial functions of our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will excel in aligning departmental activities with broader organizational objectives, ensuring both strategic and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial goals, strategies, and standards that align with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. Direct and evaluate financial operations, including budgeting, auditing, and financial reporting, to ensure optimal performance and compliance. Oversee staffing processes such as recruitment, orientation, performance evaluation, and professional development. Manage and coordinate internal and external audits to maintain financial integrity and transparency. Foster a professional environment that encourages growth and maintains focus on quality patient care. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within a hospital or healthcare setting. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 USD Signing Bonus available Partial Relocation Package offered Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Retirement Plan, and Paid Time Off.
