An established nonprofit healthcare organization is seeking a Board-Certified Pediatrician to join its collaborative outpatient team in Southern California’s Inland Empire region. This opportunity offers meaningful work serving Native American children and families, a manageable patient volume, and time for comprehensive care.
Position Highlights
Full-time outpatient position providing primary and urgent care to patients ages 0–19.
Annual salary of $240,000–$265,000, depending on experience and internal equity.
Average 12–14 patient visits per eight-hour shift.
60-minute appointments for well-child visits and new patients.
30-minute appointments for routine chronic care and minor acute concerns.
Collaborative team of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and clinical support staff.
Participation in the after-hours provider call rotation approximately every three months, as staffing dictates.
Travel to other clinics within the organization’s regional network as needed.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive pediatric care, including preventive visits, acute illness evaluation, and chronic condition management.
Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate follow-up care.
Arrange specialty referrals and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
Deliver culturally sensitive, patient-centered care.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an appropriately accredited institution.
Current, unrestricted California medical license.
Current American Board of Pediatrics certification.
Active DEA registration.
Current BLS|CPR certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, or willingness to obtain certification before orientation.
Valid California driver’s license, safe driving record, and eligibility for the organization’s insurance coverage.
Two years of ambulatory care experience preferred.
