Gastroenterologist Physician We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Gastroenterologist Physician to join our dynamic team starting in 2028. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced colleagues, including a fellow gastroenterologist, four general surgeons, and advanced practice providers. The successful candidate will be proficient in performing ERCPs and will have a strong foundation in general gastroenterology. Responsibilities: Perform a range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including ERCP, colonoscopy, upper endoscopy, and capsule endoscopy. Split weekly duties between outpatient clinic consultations and endoscopy procedures. Participate in a shared call schedule, requiring one week of call per month with additional compensation for extra call duties. Engage in teaching activities with medical students and residents, with opportunities for mentorship. Requirements: Completion or near completion of a gastroenterology fellowship. Board certified or board certification eligible, with certification to be obtained within five years if not already certified. Must hold or be eligible for a Georgia Medical License or participate in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact. Experience with EUS procedures is preferred.
