Plastic Surgeon We are seeking a highly skilled Plastic Surgeon to join a thriving and dedicated single-specialty practice, providing exceptional care in the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work with a team that values medical expertise, patient-centered care, and continuous professional growth. Key Responsibilities: Performing a wide range of plastic and reconstructive surgeries. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Precepting medical students and residents, fostering the next generation of medical professionals. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with no on-call duties. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive guaranteed salary with experience-based adjustments and an annual 3% cost-of-living increase. Bonus potential of 100% practice profits.
