Pay Rate: $65|hr
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours|week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Weekend Coverage: Some weekends required
Call: May be scheduled on an emergency basis only
Holiday Coverage: Required

We are seeking an experienced Home Health RN to provide quality nursing care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have strong OASIS, Home Health, and Hospice experience and be comfortable traveling between patient visits while adapting to changing schedules. Requirements OASIS experience required Home Health & Hospice experience required Minimum 2 years of experience Experience traveling from patient to patient for home visits Ability to manage and adjust to changing schedules Active Vermont RN license required BLS/BCLS required Valid driver's license in good standing Comfortable providing outpatient/home-based care Must be able to work some weekends and holidays Facility conducts its own background check EMR HealthWyse (Careficient) Additional Information 40 hours guaranteed per week Mileage reimbursement provided between appointments No 1099 No bonuses listed Emergency-only call may be scheduled 2 openings available Maximum 4 candidate submissions
