An established and growing pulmonary and sleep medicine group in the Northeast Atlanta suburbs is recruiting a Pulmonary Medicine | Sleep Medicine physician to join its expanding practice.
This growth position offers a combination of general pulmonary medicine and dedicated Sleep Medicine within a comprehensive multisite pulmonary platform. Critical Care is optional and consultative only, making the opportunity particularly attractive to physicians who want to maintain pulmonary breadth without a traditional ICU shift schedule.
Position Highlights
General pulmonary and dedicated Sleep Medicine
Sleep Medicine BE|BC required
Combined inpatient and outpatient pulmonary practice
Approximately 16–18 patients per day
Critical Care optional; no required Critical Care shifts
Weekend call approximately 1:4 with the preceding Friday off
Minimal after-hours responsibilities, primarily remote
Planned new practice location in the Grayson|Lawrenceville area
Potential Sleep Lab Medical Director opportunity
Compensation & Benefits
The practice offers guaranteed compensation for the initial three years, with additional collections-based incentive potential.
A signing, commitment and relocation package is available.
Ideal Candidate
The successful physician will be BE|BC in Sleep Medicine, comfortable practicing general pulmonary medicine, and interested in joining a collaborative, growth-oriented private-practice environment.
This opportunity may be particularly attractive to a Pulmonary|Sleep or PCCM|Sleep physician who wants Sleep Medicine to remain a meaningful part of their practice while reducing or eliminating traditional Critical Care shift responsibilities.
