Camden County - Take ownership of a facility-wide wound care program where your specialized expertise will directly influence healing, infection prevention and residents’ quality of life.
- Serve as the clinical authority for wound and ostomy care, leading assessments, cleaning, dressing, treatment planning and ongoing monitoring for residents throughout the facility.
- Make decisions that matter while administering treatments, monitoring medications and identifying changes that require timely clinical intervention.
- Use infection-control tracking, clinical documentation and outcome reporting to identify trends and continually improve the program.
- Qualified candidates must hold an active New Jersey NP license and wound and ostomy certification; long-term care experience is preferred.
