Staff Physical Therapist
Location: Santa Fe, New Mexico
About the Role
More Placements is partnering with an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Santa Fe, New Mexico to hire a Staff Physical Therapist. This practice is built around a true one on one care model, giving therapists 45 minute patient visits with no overlapping or double booked schedules. Physical therapists here provide thorough, unhurried orthopedic care while working alongside a clinical director and up to two other staff PTs.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients within an outpatient orthopedic caseload
Deliver individualized, one on one treatment sessions
Develop and adjust plans of care based on patient progress
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with the clinical director and clinic team on patient care
Participate in ongoing mentorship and professional development
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
Current or eligible New Mexico physical therapy license
New graduates are welcome to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to patient centered, one on one care
Schedule
Monday through Friday
Flexible start and end times between 7 AM and 6 PM
Approximately 40 hours per week (some therapists work four 10 hour days)
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range of $75,000 to $110,000 per year based on experience
