We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our collaborative, patient-focused team in Mill Valley CA. Whether you're an experienced PT or a new graduate looking for strong mentorship, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

What You'll Do
• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Utilize manual therapy and therapeutic exercise to improve mobility, function, and pain
• Educate patients on their condition, recovery, and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with PT Aides and fellow clinicians to deliver an exceptional patient experience
Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• California PT license or ability to obtain
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Passion for learning, collaboration, and helping patients return to the activities they love
