Nurse Supervisor, Care Management We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Supervisor to lead our Care Management team. This candidate will provide Associate Director level supervision to the Care Management Department Must have 2 years of experience in discharge planning, utilization review Must be CCM & PRI certified Bachelor’s degree required but masters preferred Compensation & Benefits: Permanent Salary Range: $115,000 - $140,000 annually 401(k) plan with employer match Generous paid sick leave and PTO Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Role Details & Requirements: Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Primarily Monday to Friday; some weekends required) Minimum of 2 years in discharge planning and utilization review Active CCM & PRI certifications Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
