This role is essential in shaping the future of nursing by providing advanced education and training to our staff. We are seeking a passionate individual with extensive experience in Labor & Delivery, NICU, MBU, and Pediatrics to lead and inspire our nursing team. Key Responsibilities Design and implement educational programs and training sessions for nursing staff. Evaluate and enhance the quality of nursing practice through continuous development strategies. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care. Mentor and support nurses in their professional growth and development. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Nursing Education. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Maternal Child settings (L&D, NICU, MBU, Peds). Previous educator experience in an acute facility setting. Compensation and Benefits Permanent Salary Range: $105,000 - $125,000 annually, competitive with market standards. Retirement benefits including a 401(k) plan with employer match. Work Schedule Primarily Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with some weekend shifts as needed.
