OB/GYN Physician OB/GYN Physician Schedule: Full-Time | Clinic + Hospital Coverage Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to join a dynamic women’s health team in Dothan, Alabama. This role offers a harmonious blend of outpatient clinic work, inpatient obstetric care, and gynecologic surgery. The team is committed to delivering exceptional, patient-focused healthcare in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive OB/GYN care in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Manage routine and high-risk pregnancies, covering prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care. Perform gynecologic surgeries, including minimally invasive and laparoscopic techniques. Participate in labor and delivery coverage and obstetric call rotation. Conduct annual exams, preventive care, and women's health screenings. Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of gynecologic conditions. Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine, pediatrics, anesthesia, and nursing teams. Ensure accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record system. Engage in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to clinical best practices. Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited institution. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Alabama. Strong clinical and surgical skills in OB/GYN practice.
