Urgent Care Physician **Relocation Assistance Provided** Employment Type: Permanent | Full-Time | Four 10-Hour Days | Day Shift Location: La Grande, OR (Rural Eastern Oregon) Compensation: $280K - $300K+ per year We are seeking an innovative and energetic Urgent Care Physician who enjoys professional autonomy and working with a supportive, caring group of healthcare professionals! You’ll join a high-functioning Urgent Care team equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and on-site imaging at a growing Critical Access Hospital in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality care to patients of all ages for non-emergent illnesses and injuries Perform standard UC procedures, including suturing, splinting, I&Ds, and foreign body removal Utilize on-site state-of-the-art equipment to interpret X-rays and EKGs for rapid patient disposition Work alongside a dedicated team of nurses, techs, and support staff to maintain efficient patient flow Serve as a vital access point for healthcare in a rural community, ensuring patients receive timely treatment without the ER wait Qualifications Medical Degree (MD) from an accredited school. BC/BE in Family Medicine (FM), Emergency Medicine (EM), or Internal Medicine (IM) Active, unrestricted State Medical License Strong skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care in a community-oriented environment Compensation & Benefits Very competitive, total compensation opportunity ($300k+) which includes: Annual quality incentives up to $45k RVU bonus based on annual threshold Commencement bonus of $30,000 $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time Student loan assistance Hospital employed Full benefits including a 401k match Paid malpractice
