Licensed Counselor (LCPC or LCSW) Outpatient & School-Based Health Center | Rural Setting Compensation: $33 - $38 per hour - Relocation incentive & sign on bonus Location: Shelby, MT Job Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or four 10-hour days per week We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join a growing behavioral health team serving both a school-based health center and a community outpatient clinic. This position is ideal for a counselor who values flexibility, autonomy in clinical practice, and meaningful work with both children and adults. Responsibilities: Provide outpatient counseling services to children and adults Work across two settings: School-based health center (approximately 3 days per week) and Main outpatient clinic serving the general public Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and document care in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to patient needs Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to support holistic patient care Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Uphold ethical standards and comply with all state and organizational requirements Deliver patient-centered care with flexibility in session length and treatment approach Qualifications: Active LCPC or LCSW license required Fully licensed only (candidate or provisional licenses not accepted) Open to all experience levels, including newly licensed clinicians Candidates must be willing and comfortable working with children (specific pediatric experience is helpful but not required) Benefits: 100% employer-paid health insurance (medical, dental, and vision) Federal Tort malpractice coverage 3% employer retirement match Paid Time Off: 4 weeks per year (includes vacation, sick, and holidays) CME allowance Licensing reimbursement Collaborative behavioral health department Emphasis on clinician autonomy, flexibility, and sustainable workloads
