Occupational Therapist Compensation: $38-49/hr + $20K SOB Job Type: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM–5:00 PM | Full-Time, 40 hrs. | 50% Peds / 50% Inpatient A well-established, community-focused rehabilitation center in Ohio is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their dynamic therapy team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work across inpatient and pediatric settings within a collaborative, patient-first environment. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care Deliver high-quality occupational therapy to help patients achieve maximum functional outcomes Provide care across the full age spectrum — neonate through geriatric Treat orthopedic and neurological conditions in both inpatient and pediatric settings (50/50 split) Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and OT students Ensure ongoing compliance with standards of practice, payer regulations, and facility policies Apply critical thinking to deliver safe, high-quality patient care Maintain professional, courteous communication and customer service Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare team members and departments Support daily operations and data collection within the medical fitness center Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program Current, active Ohio Occupational Therapist license (required) Current CPR certification (required) Strong working knowledge of OT practices across inpatient and pediatric settings Excellent communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills Commitment to patient safety and professional standards of practice Ability to work variable days and hours as needed Benefits: $20,000 sign-on bonus with 2-year contract Competitive base compensation Comprehensive medical benefits Monday–Friday schedule — no weekends
