Otolaryngologist (ENT) **Relocation Assistance Provided** Employment Type: Permanent | Full-Time | Four 10-Hour Days | Day Shift Location: La Grande, OR (Rural Eastern Oregon) Compensation: $700K - $750K+ per year We are seeking an innovative and energetic Otolaryngologist who enjoys professional autonomy and working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals! You’ll join a bread and butter practice with state-of-the-art equipment including microscopes, videostroboscopy, Olympus towers, distal chip fiber optic scopes, and in-office audiology at a growing Critical Access Hospital in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive head and neck physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions of the ears, nose, sinuses, and throat Perform surgical procedures including tonsillectomies, sinus surgeries, and thyroidectomies Utilize specialized equipment like endoscopes to visualize the nasal passages and larynx Manage hearing and balance disorders through medical intervention or surgical implants Treat cancers of the head and neck, including the salivary glands and vocal cords Collaborate with audiologists and speech-language pathologists for integrated patient care Maintain detailed EMR documentation for a diverse patient population in a rural setting Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree. Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program. Current, unencumbered Oregon medical license (or eligibility to obtain). Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Otolaryngology. Strong skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care in a community-oriented environment. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary ($700K-$750k+) $50K commencement bonus $8,000 annual CME allowance, including licensing, dues, subscriptions, and paid CME time Student loan repayment Full benefits package including 401K with employer match Paid malpractice / professional liability coverage Relocation support No after-hours call requirements PTO
