Rheumatologist Compensation: $265,000 – $345,000 per year Job Type : Full-time Monday – Friday, 1:3 call rotation Location: Munster, IN Join a well-established and expanding healthcare provider in Northwest Indiana that actively prioritizes physician well-being and a sustainable work-life balance. This full-time position offers the unique opportunity to design your practice around your professional goals within a premier, tech-forward environment, distinguished as one of the few HIMSS Stage VII facilities in the country. Responsibilities: Provide specialized diagnostic, treatment, and management for a full spectrum of autoimmune and inflammatory disorders, including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, osteoarthritis, and vasculitis. Manage a high-volume outpatient clinic with a focus on chronic disease management and complex multi-system autoimmune cases. Oversee and manage in-office infusion services, including the administration and monitoring of biologic therapies. Perform clinical procedures such as joint aspirations, ultrasound-guided injections, and soft tissue injections as part of a comprehensive treatment plan Provide patient education regarding long-term disease progression, medication safety, and lifestyle modifications. Requirements: Board Certified in Rheumatology, or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
