This full-time position offers the unique opportunity to design your practice around your professional goals within a premier, tech-forward environment, distinguished as one of the few HIMSS Stage VII facilities in the country. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality primary care, including physical exams, wellness check-ups, and immunizations for a diverse patient population (Adults only for IM; all ages for FM) Clinic patients per day: 15-30 Call Rotation: 1:10 Diagnose and manage long-term conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and COPD. Treat non-emergent injuries and illnesses (e.g., infections, minor trauma). Order and interpret labs, X-rays, and other diagnostic screenings. Manage the patient's care journey by coordinating with specialists Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
