Health Wise is conducting a confidential executive search for an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead an established acute care hospital in Southern California.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished healthcare executive to provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership while advancing clinical excellence, sustainable growth, physician relationships, and community impact.
The Opportunity
The CEO will provide overall leadership and direction for hospital operations, including:
Strategic planning and organizational growth
Operational and financial performance
Quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance
Physician and stakeholder relationships
Business development and service-line growth
Executive team development and organizational culture
Performance improvement and change management
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field
5+ years of progressively responsible healthcare leadership experience
Demonstrated success leading hospital operations and strategic initiatives
Strong financial, operational, and strategic expertise
Proven ability to build strong physician and stakeholder relationships
Previous CEO, COO, or comparable senior hospital leadership experience highly desirable
Compensation & Benefits
$250,000–$350,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus comprehensive benefits and potential performance-based incentives.
