Compensation:
- Base salary: $300,000
- Signing bonus: $100,000, paid $50,000 in Year 1 and $50,000 in Year 2
- $10,000 relocation assistance
- 200 hours PTO/CME (5 weeks)
- $5,000 annual CME and board certification allowance

Job/Practice Description:
- Urgent Care Physician - Medical Director
- Location: Findlay, OH (40 mins from Toledo)
- 80% clinical practice / 20% administrative leadership
- Clinical split: 50% Urgent Care, 30% Occupational Health
- Occupational medicine services include work-related injury care, occupational physicals, and return-to-work evaluations
- Medical Director duties: develop clinical policies/protocols, oversee quality initiatives and OPPE processes, collaborate with and support APPs, train and onboard new providers, partner with operational leaders on service line goals
- Medical Review Officer (MRO) certification preferred; willingness to obtain required
Requirements:
- MD/DO
- Board certification Urgent, Emergency, Family, Internal, or Occupational Medicine
- MRO certification preferred, or willingness to obtain
