- Practice locations include a 150-bed hospital with Level III Trauma Center, a 25-bed community hospital, and a freestanding surgery center
- Precision Surgery Program with four da Vinci® Surgical Robots
- Cerner/Oracle Health EMR, fully integrated with AI-assisted clinical documentation
Compensation:
- Base salary: $300,000 guaranteed (W2, hospital-employed, 40 hrs)
- Total compensation potential: $300K–$600K+
- Signing bonus/student support: $100K, structured over 1–5 years
- PTO: 368 hours annually (8 weeks vacation/CME plus paid holidays)
- Annual skill stipends: $5K per skill (pediatrics, obstetrics, regional blocks)
- CME & board certification allowance: $4K annually
- Overtime callback rate: $225/hour
- Call pay: $250/night, $1,200/weekend day
- Vacation payout up to 80 hours at hourly rate
- 403(b) retirement with 4% employer match starting year two

Job/Practice Description: CRNA
- Self-scheduling with 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, part-time or full-time
- No call required
- No experience needed!
- One-on-one mentoring provided
- Wide variety of cases to maintain and build skills

Requirements:
