Your Role with the Company:
- Flexible schedule: 4 day work week
- In-depth training/Fellowship program for NP/PAs as they onboard - Fellowship program lasts 3-9 months out of Cody, WY and Hays, KS
- Advance Practice provider will be serving patients in rural communities within Southwest Kansas - mileage will be reimbursed
- NP/PA will lead in coordinating comprehensive evaluation and management of patients dealing with chronic pain

Background Profile:
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, functional medicine, spine surgery or family medicine preferred

- Open to New Graduates!
