Growing and collegial nursing home group is looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner in primary care in the Bronx, New York!  Flexible schedule! Open to new grads!

• This company's resources contributes to nearly every aspect of the post-acute healthcare spectrum with the main purpose of getting people stronger by harnessing the power of the network to bring specialized and complex healthcare to everyone
• This group has 110 Nurse Practitioners and MDs and the practice has been open for 7 years

Benefits:

• $120-160k/ yr in salary depending on experience, plus $15-30k yr in bonuses
• 1 month and 1 week off per year = 26 days total paid time off

This role:

• Full-time, Monday - Friday, no weekends, no call
• 15-25 patients per day on average – primary care to nursing home patients.
• Working at only 1 facility

Background:

• Nurse Practitioner
• Ideally someone with med surg, telemetry or nursing home experience
• Ability to build relationships well with the staff and patients – be fully involved in the facility.
