OB/GYN Benefits:
- $330-375k yr base salary (depending on experience) plus 5-10% in productivity bonus potential – based on procedures, deliveries, etc.
- Loan repayment
- PTO - 20-30 days depending on experience
- CME – 5 days; $3500 annually
- Full medical, dental, retirement – paid
About the OB/GYN role
- Two weeks of on-call, 2 weeks off- but the group can be flexible on this schedule
- 1 part time OB/GYN plus working alongside an OB/GYN group from Canton
- 36-40 hours a week
- Seeing many Amish people in the community – must be able to adapt to people from a different culture.
- These patients take your recommendations seriously, they are very compliant patients.
- Amish patients don’t do like to do preventative care, can be complex patients.
- Great bedside manner needed.
