Our Facility, a member of Our Facility, has an opportunity for a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to anchor our cardiology services in Warsaw, IN. Experienced physicians and new fellows are welcome! Active cath lab for cardiac interventions on site and as part of Our Facility based in Fort Wayne, you’ll collaborate with your team for advanced cardiology services such as EP, structural heart, advanced imaging, CT surgery and cardiac transplants and VADs if needed.

Outpatient clinic and inpatient consults
Cardiac diagnostic interpretation required: Echo, nuclear, stress test, TEE
Cardiac CT available if credentialed; Cardiac MR available in Fort Wayne
Specialized clinics include: Advanced Heart Failure, AFib, Lipid Care, Pulmonary Hypertension and more!
Service line offerings include: TAVR, Mitraclip, Watchman, CardioMEMS, Heart Transplant and VADs
Advanced Practice Provider support
