Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner Needed

(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Family-NP - Currently in need for a Family Nurse Practitioner who incorporates Compassion for patients and their families as an integral part of their daily routine. Traits we are looking for in a family Nurse Practitioner are ethical integrity, ability to practice independently and provide exceptional patient focused care. Responsibilities include:
• Provide primary care for established and new patients of all ages
• Perform preventive visits
• Treat acute, episodic and chronic conditions
• Establish diagnoses|differential diagnoses and create applicable treatment plans and recommendations
• Initiate referrals and consultations as needed
• Treat seasonal illnesses
• Maintain and treat chronic conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic and therapeutic tests relevant to patient needs
• Monitor effectiveness of treatment and decide best course of action
• Provide collaborative care with specialists when necessary
Qualifications:
• Licensed as a family Nurse Practitioner in the state of New Jersey
• FNP degree from an accredited school or University
• Dedicated to patient centered care
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to create a positive work environment
• Ability to identify and solve problems
• Friendly and capable of respectfully communicating to both clients and staff.
• Self-starter
Incentives:
• Salary of $115,000 to $130,000 annually
• Comprehensive benefits package
Hours Of Operation:
• Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
