Job Title: Director of Imaging/Orthopedic Clinic

(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Orthopaedic-Nurse Manager - Opening for an experienced Director of Imaging |Orthopedic Clinic to lead an Imaging Department and Orthopedic Clinic. The Director of Imaging| Orthopedic Clinic is responsible for the overall operations, performance and success of Hospital and Medical Clinic Imaging Department and Orthopedic Clinic operations, and visiting specialties. The Director works closely with leadership to develop, implement, and maintain programs that enhance quality of care and achieve a high level of patient and provider satisfaction as well as meeting budgeted financial clinic performance. The Director manages subordinate personnel, prepares departmental budgets, ensures data accuracy, prepares financial analyses, handles customer service issues and maintains provider|staff communications, in establishing and maintaining activities of diagnostic imaging department and clinic operating policies and procedures.

Position Details-
Supports the organization's mission, vision, values and strategic objectives
Oversees operation of Imaging equipment
Analyze problems and procedures, evaluate alternatives, and strategically choose a course of action
Develop, deliver and champion a strategy of coaching and mentoring in line with the organizations goals
Oversee and ensure efficient clinic operations, ensuring a high level of productivity and provides operational and technical direction
Partner with other departments and leaders to assure quality patient services and overall patient satisfaction
Responsible for resolution of any patient concerns, complaints and|or problems
Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with physicians and advanced practice professionals; responsible for all provider relations to include practice management, orientation, follow up support, and problem resolution
Required Qualifications-
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Health Care Administration or related field
Certified by the State of Washington and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or registry eligible.
Five (5) years of management experience in healthcare
Current valid unrestricted driver’s license at the time of hire.
