Schedule: 4 shifts in a row with 2 shifts off
Experience: 2 + years in Skilled Care|Long-term Care
Pay Rate: $17|hr
REQUIREMENTS
• C.N.A- CA - license in good standing
• 2 years of current acute care | sub-acute care|Rehab|LTC experience
• BLS– current
• 2- Current- clinical references
• Current – Physical (within-12 months)
• Current – PPD (within- 12 months)
• Vaccinations|Titers- MMR|Varicella|Hep B
• Tdap and Flu vaccine – current
• Must be able to pass a back ground screening
• Must be able to pass urine drug testing
