Position Overview:
The Certified Nursing Assistant I (CNA I) provides direct care, assists with daily living activities, and supports nursing staff in delivering quality healthcare to juveniles in custody.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Licensure:
Current CNA I certification in North Carolina.
Registered with the North Carolina CNA Registry.
CPR certification (required).
Experience: At least 1 year of experience preferred (clinical or correctional settings a plus).
Technical Skills: Medication administration (if required), hygiene assistance, and patient monitoring.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide quality nursing care to residents.
Administer medication when|if required.
Assist with daily living activities and hygiene.
Report pertinent information to supervisors.
Coordinate work with nursing and other facility staff.
